Thank you for taking the time to look over, and go thorough my web pages. I do appreciate it. Now on to the shipping, normally we used ups Ground for all of our shipping. Occasionally, we may ship a package with Federal Express, or even the US Post Office.
This being said, we will no longer ship “Any” item outside the continental 48 states with the US Post Office. If you absolutely insist on using the US Post Office, outside the US, we will ship the item, but after it leaves our hands, it’s gone! Please, do not call us if you choose the Post Office, and it never arrives. Sorry about the bluntness of this message, but, we’ve never had a satisfactory shipment with the US Post Office. This also includes Canada.

Can I trade my old seat pan in for a better one? Yes, however, there are a couple of points I would like to mention first. If you have a pre 1960 Buddy seat pan yes, we'll take them, What we call the shovel head seat pans "No". In addition, you may have seen the following throughout my other web pages: Due to the incredible amount of bad, (i.e. destroyed, non-useable, would not give $20.00 for), seat pans that are being given to us as trade ins; we will no longer give trades on a “no-see basis.” All trade “Trade ins” will, (starting on November 1, 2005), will have to be seen first. If you want a 1st quality seat pan, then trade in a first quality seat pan. If you want junk, then we will be happy to give you junk, otherwise do not complain about the price! This was because people were taking advantage of my Trustworthiness that the customer would trade in a decent seat pan. But, boy howdy, I've sent several seat pans back to the customers, wondering how they can sleep at night knowing that the seat pan that they sent to me was not even useable. No matter what you did to them.
| My natural seat that you just made for me has a scar on it. Can you fix it, or hide it?
Ok, folks I have tried very very hard to give you the customer what you are wanting. However, I have got to stress and change the info for natural seats. So I have placed this on several of my web pages.
1st and foremost, this is very important! Please understand this; there will be “NO GURARANTEE OF A NON-SCARRED SEAT COVER!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! Cows “will” have scars! Especially natural seat covers! I personally believe that this is a good thing it adds personally to the seat. I will do my best, but there will not be a “GURARANTEE OF A NON-SCARRED SEAT COVER!” If you must have a 100% non-scarred seat cover GURARANTEED, then double the cost of the total seat order, and I will guarantee that there will be no scars! As I will in all likely hood have to build it and tear it apart at least once, and redo it a second time. As I have said elsewhere on this web page a scar does not always show up, until you stretch it and pull it tight on a seat, or oil it. Yes oil will bring out scars that anything else will not show that it’s there. Then it’s will normally on show up only on seats that have to be perfectly clean.

Can you repair my old original saddlebags?
Very little, you see most all original bags, besides being at least 45-50 years old, were not taken care of when they were new. Now at this age they are even worse, at being able to be repaired. The leather normally is hard and brittle, or semi-flexible and brittle. Even if it bends, it still falls apart. Oiling the bags will not help. Once a set of bags have come this far along there's not a lot that you can do for them. However, to make a long story short, No I do not repair old or original bags.
