Howdy, I would like to say Thanks for all of the customers that have came by my shop, and my web page. If any of you have tried to get in touch with Heather's Leathers lately, and it has seemed to be a bit harder than normal, well yes, it has. We have moved! Now for the fun part, installing the correct wiring, phone lines, and water. There's no water in my new place right now. Heather's Leathers 943 Enon Church Rd. Clover, SC 29710 Contact # 803-222-3452 This is our home, and business address. The reason we have moved, is due to the economy. After praying about it, the Lord showed me this is what I needed to do. I've been renting for over 20 years, with nothing to show for all of that money. It's time I used my rent money for something I own, not somebody else's property.
I have a large amount of pictures that I have wanted to showcase. Somehow I have lost some names to whose bike belongs to whom, and the years of some bikes have been misplaced. So please email me and let me know if you recognize a seat, a set of bags or a bike(s), sales@heathersleathers.com. Please feel free to contact us and let us know what you think. Thanks for taking your time to stop by, and check us out.
I thank the Lord for our customers. I'm a one man operation, working by myself, which includes answering the phone, running errands, and everything else involved with running a business solo. Therefore I am slow! I want your business, and I "WILL" give you your money's worth, but I am slow.
Heather's Leathers is a God fearing orientated business. We base our business around and on our faith of Jesus Christ, and the King James Bible. We, at Heather's Leathers are Christians, saved by Grace; and We are Not Perfect! As such we don't work on Sundays. We also try to take most Saturdays off. However, we're here at the shop from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesday thru Friday.
I try to do my business errands on Mondays, so I most likely cannot answer the phone, as I am not here.
Look around and remember that we can, and do build much, more then what is shown. We'll be updating as we get time. New pictures are being added as quickly as we can. Remember that all pictures are customers' own seats, and bags, that they have ordered. Nothing is done just to have a picture made of. The work that you see is the type of work that you get.

| Indian Head Concho is the highest selling Conchos that I have. I have actually come down on the price. Back in 2009 the supplier that I had at that time, had gone up on the price over 4 times my regular cost, in a 90 day period. So to continue to keep these as low as low as possible and still make a profit, I had to go up on the price to $15.50 each. Since then however, I have found a new supplier that I can buy these from same quality and everything, except that I can drop the price down to $10.00 each, and then buy 5 get the 6th one FREE!($8.33 each!) Also, included in this deal for the saddle bags that I build, Buy 8 get 10 FREE! ($8.00 each!) This does not include my wholesale customers.

Also, we guarantee our work for years, not months. Retail customers, if you happen to drop your bike, or destroy one of our seats send it back to us, and we'll repair, or replace it (our option), for 1/2 of the current retail price. This would also include spilling brake fluid, or battery acid on your seat cover. Oops! One local customer who has about a dozen Blood hounds, who, believe that all a new motorcycle seats were good for being a new chew toy! He's working on his 3rd seat recover.

| Drifter 800 Deluxe Solo with Triple row Lacing. This seat is a Semi-Sunburst Patina Saddle Tan and Light Brown with Highlights. This seat was built for a customer over in Germany. I have had a fair number of people order this seat. The only catch is, it is getting harder and harder to find the stock Drifter 800 solo seat to build it on. I must have that to be able to build this seat. Otherwise I will have to build a seat on my own Indian Solo Seat pan. As with other all other seats, there will be a core charge if you do not supply your own seat to build it on.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Colors of Leathers are subject to change, even on the same hide. As I tell people, look at yourself in the mirror, are you the exact same color all over? No? Neither are cows. Especially the Chestnut color that we carry. The tan normally stays the same per hide, however, the semi-naked leathers change from edge to edge, and from head to tail. Call it a marble effect. The natural vegetal tanned leather can and WILL change colors as it ages, so be sure to expect that. Normally to the darker, rarely if ever lighter.

Repairs:
We at Heather's Leathers can, and do complete seat pan repair, and ID. This would also include welding, thread repair; stud replacement, powder coating, and the list goes on, and on. We've been doing this since 1986. I've seen a lot of seats pans, and know what they're supposed to look like. Nothing is sadder then to see a bad weld job on anybody’s’ nicely restored seat. Send your seat repair to us to repair, our prices are very reasonable.
However, that being said due to the incredible amount of bad, (i.e. destroyed, non-useable, would not give $20.00 for), seat pans that are being given to us as trade ins, for core charges. When we supply the seat pans first, (trusting that the customer is as honest as we try to be), we will no longer give trades on a no-see basis. All trade ins, (starting on November 1, 2005), will have to be received first. If you want a 1st quality seat pan, then trade in a first quality seat pan. If you do have a less than perfect seat pan let me know as I will still take these, however, on an as seen basis. I really try to be very fair to all concern.
Also, remember that if you call and ask for a quote for a certain type of bike/motorcycle, and I do quote you a price, then when the seat arrives it's something different, and then regardless of what it came off of, it "WILL" be priced as to what the seat actually is. People are sending Heather's Leathers, what they believe is a Cushman seat, Indian Vertical solo seat, Antique bicycle seat, etc, etc,... and they are nothing more than a regular Indian, or Harley solo seat pans! That would be a price difference of about $35.00-$65.00. I take the customers word that the seat is what they say it is, and price it over the phone accordingly. However, when I get the seat pan, and it's an Indian, or Harley solo seat that has been adapted to fit on their bike, then I will change the price accordingly.
Ok, I have tried very hard to give you the customer what you are wanting. However, I have got to stress and change the info for natural seats. Therefore, I have placed this on several of my web pages.
1st and foremost, this is very important!
Please understand this; there will be “NO Guarantee OF A NON-SCARRED SEAT COVER!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! Cows “will” have scars! Especially natural seat covers! I personally believe that this is a good thing it adds personally to the seat. I will do my best, but there will not be a “Guarantee OF A NON-SCARRED SEAT COVER!” If you must have a 100% non-scarred seat cover Guaranteed, then double the cost of the total seat order, and I will guarantee that there will be no scars! As I will in all likely hood have to build it and tear it apart at least once, and redo it a second time. As I have said elsewhere on this web page a scar does not always show up, until you stretch it and pull it tight on a seat, or oil it. Yes oil will bring out scars that nothing else will show that it is there. Then it seems to only show up on seats that the customers must have a perfectly clean seat.
Just call us with what you have, and what you need, and how we can help you. Remember though, all sales of seat will require a core charge, or a trade of a seat pan, that we can use. We also sell seat pans, if you don't have a core. We are now making our own Indian solos seat pans, Indian Chummie Pans, and Harley solo seat pans, and now the Simplex seat pans!
|
Attention:
If you are purchasing a seat from Heather's Leathers we will need one of the following as a core charge: a seat pan from you, or the cost of a seat pan. (This could include any Indian/Harley or other make that is in usable condition.) If we do not receive a core from you, we will then charge you for a core. Also, this core charge is in addition to the cost of your seat.
